What to expect?
The class will combine some familiar Pilates movements incorporating the barre and also some ballet barre work with a core fitness element to burn those calories. There will be a combination of challenging toning movements with lots of flexibility work to help you build strong lean muscles. No experience is necessary, as our instructors will show you everything you need to get the most from the class. You can wear exactly what you would to a regular Reformer class and as always bare feet or socks…your call.
