Grad School (Advanced)
This is for experienced practitioners only! You’ll need a good level of fitness, flexibility, core strength and technical ability for this class. We recommend a year at least in High School.
The moves are more advanced, a move up in weight, duration and intensity. There are more combinations with less rest. It’s harder, with quicker changeovers, less explanation and no let-up. You will need to be comfortable with the technique and very familiar with the moves. Not for the faint hearted!!
