High School (Intermediate)

Whilst much of Middle School is focused on learning and understanding the equipment and techniques, High School is a definite ‘change-up’. This is not for first-timers.

When are you ready?

We recommend about 35 Middle school classes before signing up to High School. Once you’ve seen some improvement in your core strength and flexibility, have a good sense of your core muscles and how to recruit them properly and safely you are ready!

The workout is harder and more intense. Your instructor will keep you guessing with a variety of new exercises to choose from which will challenge you in different ways.
