Refund Policy

• We operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy on all group and private classes.
• A late cancellation or no show will result in the loss of the class or equated points off a package
• Late arrivals may be refused entry, meaning loss of the class.
• All packages at Form School have an expiry date, please note the expiry date pre purchase.
  5 package (2 months ), 10/20 package (6 months), 50 package (one year)
  These packages cannot be used once they have expired.
• Single drop in classes have a 30 day usage as does the introductory offer, and again cannot be used once expired,nor can they be extended past expiration date
• Please note,Part Used Packages are non-refundable.
• Clients are not permitted to split or share packages.
• Packages need to be used in their entirety and cannot be transferred to another client if unused.
• Clients cannot attend classes if booked under a different name and this includes family members.
